Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returnable items
We only accept defective products. Please email us for details.
Exchanges
We ONLY accept exchanges that the items are not shipped. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us from Instagram(nimo_ajisaistudio) or email us.
Refunds
We can ONLY fully refund credit to your account or pre-order products.
If you want you refund pre-order items, 5% handling fee(included transaction fee) will be charged. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
